Frequently Asked Questions

Rainey's Lighthouse is a residential facility that provides support and resources for individuals in recovery from addiction.

• Female or identify as female
• 18 years of age or older
• Have a history of Substance Use Disorder and/or Alcoholism
• Make a commitment to a minimum of 3 months residency
• Able and willing to work full time 
• Able to live amicably with other women

We cannot accept women who:

• Have a history of violent/deviate sexual charges
• Have serious mental health diagnosis which would be problematic in a group setting
• Have physical health issues in which full-time work would not be possible.
• Have extreme mobility issues in which climbing steps would be a problem

• A safe living space that is free from alcohol and illicit drugs
• Structured living with accountability
• Certified Recovery Specialist assistance for residents 
• Assistance with community integration

Yes!  We work with several scholarship organizations to help women get started in a recovery community such as CABHC, Amiracle4sure , Kacie's Cause, RASE Project, and more.
